My way of working
I coach professionals, leaders and teams in creating new perspectives on themselves and the interactions with others. By enlarging your awareness of yourself and your context you can create more freedom of choice in how to react in different situations. I am an organizational psychologist and I work with methods like voice dialogue and system dynamics. My approach is in-depth & light, reflective & active and I offer a combination of a personal, team and organizational perspectives.
Personal coaching
In a coaching session you have the time and space to reflect on yourself from different perspectives. Finding ways to enhance your personal leadership. We will look at your current behavior and explore why you act as you do. When you are aware of your own patterns, you can also discover other options and be able to choose.
I coach leaders and professionals with questions like:
- How can I increase my impact in my (management)team
- I want to become more visible in the organization, and also stay true to myself
- How do I manage myself in a demanding environment, setting boundaries and priorities
- How can I manage my team, and how can I manage my manager?
- What will be my next career step?
- Who am I and what do I really want?
Coaching trajectories often consist of 5 coaching sessions of 1,5 hour. In an online intake conversation, we can get to know each other and see if there is a match between your question and expectations and my approach. Coaching sessions take place in Het Coachhuis in Leiden or online.
